Free Shipping

VARELLIA offers free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours when stock is available. In some cases, processing may take up to 72 hours.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 8–15 calendar days
United Kingdom: 6–10 calendar days
Canada: 7–9 business days
Australia: 6–11 business days
New Zealand: 6–10 calendar days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be added to your order and made available through Shopify. Where applicable, tracking details may also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Orders

Products are inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. VARELLIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
